This is adorable! I *LOVE* the anatomy of both the horse and girl halves, and how well you've put them together. I don't usually see a centaur drawn so well. The furry lion-like tail you've drawn is my favorite kind of tail for unicorns, as well as the lithe, almost deer-like horse body. This is such a wonderfully done piece!
